How it works!

After you’ve successfully obtained your CU3ER account there is just a couple of quick steps you will need to follow in order to start creating and exporting your CU3ER projects.

Please login to your account and you will see your account home. There is no general download link by default. You will be able to create and download your customized CU3ER's very fast.

Following steps bellow you will be able to create your first project fast

Activating License

In order to start creating projects you need an active license. LITE users and PRO users that have only one license will have first license already active, so they can skip this step.

In top right corner you will see a box with number of available licenses left and Activate New License button. Upon clicking on Activate New License, page will be refreshed and after page reloads you will see Unassigned license at the top of the active licenses list.

After activating license you will see similar image to one below. Changes are a notification that activation was succesfull and one more license in activated licenses list named UNASSIGNED.

Button on the position of Activate license button can be different for different situations, which are listed below :

PRO users with 0 available licenses will see button Buy More Licenses. Clicking on button will open a popup for purchasing more licenses.

LITE users will see button Upgrade To Pro. Clicking on button will open a popup for upgrading/purchasing a PRO license

Assigning Domain

Assigning a domain name to a license is an action that will enable your CU3ER to display correctly, without branding on your target domain. Until you assign domain to your license all CU3ER's exported will have branded slides and CU3ER preloader on start. Assigning a domain name is not necessary to create and manage projects.

LITE users cannot assign domain to their license, since it is automatically assigned to getcu3er.com.
Once LITE user upgrades to PRO he will be able to assign domain.

To assign domain to active license please do the followin:

1. Click on a yellow button "Assign Domain" in license row
   
   
   
2. Popup "Assign domain to PRO license" will appear
   
   
   
3. Enter your domain name in the input field. Make sure you have entered correct domain name as once assigned, domain name can’t be changed as license is bounded with that domain name for good.
   Please note you need to enter just domain name (e.g. my-site.com) without ‘http://’ and ‘www’
   
   
4. Click on the button "Proceed". If you've entered valid domain name, you will go to next step "Confirm domain name". You can confirm assigning of domain name by clicking button "Yes, assign domain now!" or go back to editing domain name by clicking "Edit domain name" button.
   
   
   
5. Upon clicking on the "Proceed" page will be refreshed and you will see your "Unassigned" license change title to domain you've assigned.
   Congratulations! Your have assigned domain to your license.

License assigned for domain name will be valid for that domain and all it’s sub domains.

Creating your first project

To create your first CU3ER project:

1. Click on the "New Project" button located in license row. There few other places you will find "New Project" button, like under the list of projects after clicking on "View Projects" button.
   
   
   
2. Starter template (*) page will popup (see image below) - pick among desired template you would like to start creating CU3ER from by clicking 'Use this' on template thumbnail.
3. cManager window will launch
4. Now you can start building your custom CU3ER and export your buildout from cManager. Once you save your CU3ER project, the saved project will be available within your domain projects page for further management.

Projects

To access your project list for a license please click "View projects" button in license row.

Projects list will look similar to the image below - in this example there are several projects created for getcu3er.com domain.


There are couple of options available for every project you have created so far:

• VIEW - view your CU3ER slider in popup window.
• VIEW JS - view JavaScript version of your CU3ER slider in popup window.
• EDIT - launch cManager and continue editing your CU3ER project. You can edit your project any time.
• DOWNLOAD - download your CU3ER project to deploy it on your actual page.
• COPY - to copy current project to a license in your CU3ER account click on this button. After the 'Copy' button is clicked, window with list of active licenses in your account will open so you can chose on which license you want this project to be copied.
• DELETE - to delete current project click on this button. Please be careful as once deleted, project can’t be restored.

Note: If you are a PRO user, inside cManager you can click ‘Save As’ to save your project as a new one and keep working on new version while retaining older one too.

License Info

License info contains information about assigned domain, license key for your domain, total project and occupied space.
To access your license info please click "License info" button in license row. Panel similar to below image will open.


Note: Use "Copy to clipboard" button to copy your license key to clipboard. You can use this license key to manually insert it into your config XML or into our plugins like wpCU3ER's Setup page.
